All members benefits can be used or redeemed at all properties listed on the M Village App.

Members may access to their personal information, membership status, and all benefits of the program via the followings:

The membership status is determined based on the number of bookings or nights the member has accumulated during the period of a calendar year (from Jan 1 to Dec 31). Besides, in order for members to have more time to use their benefits, M Village allows and will notify members that the eligible period is extended to 2 months prior to the upcoming calculated period (this is because the calculating system is reset every year on March 1). After the eligible period (March 1 of every year), if a member is not qualified to remain in his tier, his status will be reduced by 1 level (except for New Citizen)

M Village MORE loyalty program has 4 following tiers:

- New Citizen: right after signing up on the M Village App

- Silver Citizen: members having 3 bookings/year or 7 nights/year

- Gold Citizen: members having 6 bookings/year or 16 nights/year

- Platinum Citizen: members having 12 bookings/year or 31 nights/year

(at least 2 nights/booking to be eligible. Not applicable for long-stay service with >30 days)

Simply log in to your account and payment when you complete booking. All benefits follow your membership status.
As of now, M Village MORE loyalty program applies only to short-stay service. Long-stay service (>= 30 days) is not applicable for the time being. We kindly seek for your understanding.
To ensure we can we welcome you smoothly, please kindly confirm your expected time of arrival by replying to the message sent by M Village. The standard check-in time is 2PM. However, based on the room availability at the time, we can flexibly arrange for your early check-in upon your confirmation.

This benefit applies for Silver citizens or above. Simply request for late check-out at our reception at the time of check-in, so we can arrange to fulfill your experience. Besides, the late check-out time is different based on your membership status.

- For Silver and Gold Citizens: late check-out until 1PM

- For Platinum Citizens: late check-out until 3PM

This benefit applies for Gold citizens & above. Simply request at reception during your stay. Based on room availability at the time, we will try to arrange room for members to fully enjoy this benefit. Besides, the free room upgrade benefit is different based on your membership status.

- For Gold Citizens: 1 level upgrade (to the next room type)

- For Platinum Citizens: 2 levels upgrade (to the next room type)

Besides, the timing for free cancellation is different between membership status:

- For Gold Citizens: latest 1 day (24hrs) before check-in date

- For Platinum Citizens: latest 12pm of the check-in date

Platinum Citizens are recipients of this annual surprise gift from M Village. In order to main the element of surprise & delight to our members, please allow us to keep the details of this for now. We will inform you promptly, so you can enjoy this gift from M Village.
Your booking ID & nights spent are counted on our system before 9am of the next day (from the check-in time)
For the time being, all the benefits are only for the member with the confirmed information on our system. The benefits, therefore, are only applicable for the member himself/herself or when he/she accompanies during stay and completes the check-in process themselves.

Under the circumstances that your contact details (phone number/email address/email) change versus the registered information, members are responsible for updating their details on our website or contacting directly our Customer Service. M Village is not accountable for any lost of collective bookings/nights or any other damages resulting from that the above information and details are not updated.
