The membership status is determined based on the number of bookings or nights the member has accumulated during the period of a calendar year (from Jan 1 to Dec 31). Besides, in order for members to have more time to use their benefits, M Village allows and will notify members that the eligible period is extended to 2 months prior to the upcoming calculated period (this is because the calculating system is reset every year on March 1). After the eligible period (March 1 of every year), if a member is not qualified to remain in his tier, his status will be reduced by 1 level (except for New Citizen)
M Village MORE loyalty program has 4 following tiers:
- New Citizen: right after signing up on the M Village App
- Silver Citizen: members having 3 bookings/year or 7 nights/year
- Gold Citizen: members having 6 bookings/year or 16 nights/year
- Platinum Citizen: members having 12 bookings/year or 31 nights/year
(at least 2 nights/booking to be eligible. Not applicable for long-stay service with >30 days)
This benefit applies for Silver citizens or above. Simply request for late check-out at our reception at the time of check-in, so we can arrange to fulfill your experience. Besides, the late check-out time is different based on your membership status.
- For Silver and Gold Citizens: late check-out until 1PM
- For Platinum Citizens: late check-out until 3PM
This benefit applies for Gold citizens & above. Simply request at reception during your stay. Based on room availability at the time, we will try to arrange room for members to fully enjoy this benefit. Besides, the free room upgrade benefit is different based on your membership status.
- For Gold Citizens: 1 level upgrade (to the next room type)
- For Platinum Citizens: 2 levels upgrade (to the next room type)

Besides, the timing for free cancellation is different between membership status:
- For Gold Citizens: latest 1 day (24hrs) before check-in date
- For Platinum Citizens: latest 12pm of the check-in date
Under the circumstances that your contact details (phone number/email address/email) change versus the registered information, members are responsible for updating their details on our website or contacting directly our Customer Service. M Village is not accountable for any lost of collective bookings/nights or any other damages resulting from that the above information and details are not updated.
