Room Change, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

 

If you wish to change your check-out date, switch to a different room type, or cancel your reservation, please contact our customer support team via the contact information on our Site.

 

Room Change Policy:

If you wish to upgrade to a higher-value room type, an additional charge will be applied based on the price difference at the time of the request. The pricing varies depending on the hotel and the room type.
If you request to downgrade to a lower-value room type, no refund.

 

Check-in Date Change Policy:

If you wish to change your check-in date before 3 days of check-in time, it will depend on the room availability.
If you wish to change your check-in date within 3 days of check-in time, we cannot fulfill your request and will remain your original reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your room reservation 07 days before the check-in date, a full refund will be provided.
If you cancel your room reservation within 07 days of the check-in date, a 100% fee of the total room price will be charged.
If you have made a room reservation but no-show and M Village has yet to receive any information about your cancellation, no refund.
Any booking cancellation incurred during the Holidays/ Lunar New Year in the current year (according to Vietnam's regulations), the cancellation fee will be charged at 100% of the total room price.
After canceling a room reservation, we will inform the Guest about the details of the services and costs associated with the cancellation, including any refund amount, if applicable. If a refund is due to the Guest, we will process the refund via bank transfer to the provided bank account. The refund process takes up to 15 - 30 working days (depending on the beneficiary bank), and the Guest will not incur any fees for this refund transaction.
