M Village More Privacy protection & Policy

I. INFORMATION SECURITY AND SHARING POLICY

Before placing an order or using services, Citizens must agree to the Personal information protection and processing policy issued by M Village. To ensure the safety of citizen’s personal information, please carefully read and agree to the information security policy below:

1. Purpose of collecting personal information

We only collect citizen’s personal information for the following purposes:

1.1 Identity verification: Personal information such as name, address, phone number and email address may be required to confirm the Citizen's identity and ensure accuracy in the transaction and service provision process.

Order processing: We collect personal information such as shipping address and payment information to process Citizen’s orders.

1.2 Improving customer experience: Personal information may be required to provide better services to Citizens, including support, product advice and providing related information.

1.3 Customizing your experience: Personal information may be required to customize and personalize customers' shopping experience on our website, including providing product information, offers or suggestions.

2. Scope of information use

We are committed to protecting citizens' personal information and only using such information to the extent required to provide services and satisfy citizen’s requests. Citizen's personal information must not be shared, disclosed or sold to any third party without the Citizen's express consent, unless legally required or as necessary to protect the rights, property or security of us or our Citizens.

We maintain appropriate security measures to ensure the security of Citizen’s personal information and ensure compliance with applicable information protection regulations.

3. Persons or organizations entitled to get access to the information

We commit not to sharing or disclosing citizen’s personal information to any third party except in the following cases:

3.1. Service Partners: Personal information may be shared with service partners who assist us in providing products and services to Citizens. However, these partners must comply with information security regulations and only use personal information for the specified purpose.

3.2.Legal Compliance: Personal information may be disclosed when requested by law enforcement authorities to comply with regulations, legal process, or our rights.

4. Information storage duration

We will store Citizen's personal information while Citizen uses the service and when necessary to satisfy the purpose of information collection. As soon as it is no longer needed, we will delete or hide the Citizen's personal information.

6. Personal data management

Citizens have the right to access and edit their personal information by logging into their personal account on the website or contacting us through the contact information provided.

Citizens agree to allow M Village to create, store, maintain and update personal information provided and updated by Citizens.

Citizens agree to allow M Village to use such information for purposes consistent with the loyalty program, including but not limited to, to conduct transactions, accumulate transaction value and introduce new goods/services provided by M Village. All information related to Citizens will be protected and used by M Village in accordance with M Village's privacy policy posted at https://mvillage.vn/chinh-sach-bao-mat

II. INTRODUCING THE M VILLAGE MORE LOYALTY PROGRAM

M Village's loyalty program (or "M Village More" for short) takes effect in April 2024, to thank customers who regularly use accommodation services at M Village branches.

III. CONDITIONS TO BECOME A CITIZEN

- Subjects in the loyalty program

For people with Vietnamese nationality: ll customers who are 18 years old or older and have valid identification documents, without loss or limitation of civil act capacity, can register to become a citizen of M Village's loyalty program

For people with foreign nationality: Passport.

- Each citizen has only 01 identification account in the M Village branch system.

- dentification account contains the following information: Customer name, address, phone number, date of birth, email address.

- Register online to become a citizen on the M Village app

IV. FORM OF CUMULATION

- Applicable cumulative products are all bookings (placed on Hotline/Website/ App/ Social channels and excluding OTA online channels) and nights stayed at all M Village branch systems. (Branch system: https://mvillage.vn)

- Citizens who make bookings and accumulate the number of Orders/Nights according to the prescribed level will be entitled to Citizen class upgrade.

- Each customer, after the accumulation process, will be assigned a Citizen class with the corresponding preferential benefits.

- Preferential benefits according to Citizen class are not applicable to other promotions taking place at M Village.

- Number of Bookings and Number of Nights Stayed will be cumulatively updated on the system before 9:00 a.m. the next day (from the check-in time of Citizen)

- Currently, nights/bookings are only accumulated for guests staying at the facility, and are not applicable for bookings made on behalf of others.

V. CONDITIONS ON CLASS GRADING AND CLASS UPGRADE

1. Class grading

There are 4 classes of Citizen

- New Citizen

- Silver Citizen

- Gold Citizen

- Platinum Citizen

2. General class upgrade review period

Since having a transaction arising after participating in the loyalty program until the customer accumulates sufficient Bookings or Nights, the customer will be entitled to upgrade.

3. Conditions for class grading

- New Citizen: customers who download the M Village App for the first time and successfully register an account, will become New Citizen.

- Silver Citizen: New Citizen will be upgraded to Silver Citizen upon satisfying one or both conditions below:

● Accumulate 3 bookings/year (each at least 2 nights)

● Or accumulate 7 nights/year

- Gold Citizen: Silver Citizen will be upgraded to Gold Citizen upon satisfying one or both conditions below:

● Accumulate 6 bookings/year (each at least 2 nights)

● Or accumulate 16 nights/year

- Platinum Citizen: Silver Citizen will be upgraded to Platinum Citizen upon satisfying one or both conditions below:

● Accumulate 12 bookings/year (each at least 2 nights)

● Or accumulate 31 nights/year

4. Other regulations

Up to now, the M Village More loyalty program is only applicable for short-term stays, not applicable to the form of long-term stay (with signed contract).

VI. REGULATIONS ON CITIZEN CLASS DOWNGRADING

Citizen class is determined by the number of Bookings and Nights accumulated in a calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and renewed for more 2 months in the following year.

The program has a limited duration as the counter is reset annually on March 1 (downgraded by 1 class if conditions are not met, except for New Citizen which remains the same). This means your Citizen class may be re-evaluated on March 1, based on the number of Bookings and Nights accumulated.

(*) To ensure a more thoughtful welcome, Citizens please confirm your expected check-in time via text message sent from M Village. Regular check-in time will be 2:00PM. Depending on the current room availability at the time of check-in, M Village may be able to flexibly arrange an earlier check-in for you.

(**) Citizens of Silver class or higher only declare your need to the hotel Reception department at the time of check-in so that M Village can promptly record and bring you the most complete experience.

(***) It will depend on the citizen class Citizens of Gold class or higher only declare your need to the hotel Reception department during your stay. Depending on the current room availability at the time of check-in, M Village will try to arrange a room for you to bring you the most complete experience.

VIII. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

Currently, preferential benefits are only applied to customers who are the verified owners of the Citizen information previously recorded on the system. Preferential benefits are only applied to Citizens or when accompanied by Citizens.

IX. DISCLAIMER

Citizens agree that by registering to participate in M Village's loyalty program, or activating and using Citizen benefits, it is understood that the Citizens have read, understood and agreed with M Village as well as its policies as published on the M Village website and app.

Based on the actual situation with the goal of enhancing preferential value for Citizens, M Village may flexibly adjust the Loyalty Program rules and notify all Citizens in advance.

M Village is not responsible for resolving Citizen benefits in the event that the customer profile information is incomplete and inaccurate, or in the event that the benefit period expires according to provisions of the program rules.

M Village is not responsible in the event that the Citizen fails to use the benefits and incentives to which the Citizen is entitled due to force majeure such as floods, earthquakes, wars, strikes, protests, computer problems, Government issuance of policies/interventions/directions/bans, changes in law, or other events beyond control.

In case the citizen's contact information (phone number/email/address) changes compared to the registered information, the citizens are responsible for updating the information immediately via the website, M Village app or contacting Customer Service directly. M Village is not responsible for loss of accumulated value errors or damages related to or arising from the failure to promptly update the above information.

If any negative incidents in the use of citizen benefits are detected, M Village will stop the use and revoke the citizen benefits once the related issues have been satisfactorily resolved. All accumulated value/citizen benefits in dispute or having signs of fraud or violation of the program will not be used during the period of dispute or investigation of fraud or violation.
